Until the 1980s, mountain ski tours were actively held and popular with many skiers in the Nagano and Gunma prefectures.
However, such tours fell out of fashion after the Showa era. 

As we enter the new Emperor’s Reiwa age, we are reviving the historic adventure tour and accessing terrain that was almost forgotten in recent decades.
